Wednesday 12th December 2007
University of Hong Kong, Graduate house conference facilities

Technology Crime Investigation and Computer Forensics are no longer just in the realm of specialist Consultancies and Law Enforcement. The impact of incidents such as digital intellectual property theft, phishing, malware attacks, corporate espionage, data leakages and others means that these skills are now required as part of mainstream corporate security portfolios.

The HTCIA Training Conferences traditionally target working level staff required to work in these specialist roles. However, this does not address the needs of the growing number of security managers now required to oversee computer forensics operations and incident response.

This inaugral HTCIA Asia Pacific Conference therefore includes in addition to the hands-on technical training, a special one-day seminar devoted to management issues in this field. A diverse line-up of international speakers representing different leadership perspectives on these issues have been invited to Hong Kong to share their experiences.

This is a unique opportunity to learn more in the comfort of the Hong Kong University Graduate House Conference Facilities and also enjoy a special networking function in the superb surroundings at the "Top of the U" Bistro which enjoys panoramic views over Hong Kong - courtesy of main sponsors JP Morgan Chase.

Registration fee is HK$1,000- and registration can be made via the online form or by e-mail to 2007@htcia.org.hk.
